No scientific research has been done on this particular method of penis enlargement but it has followers online.

There is some scientific rationale, the same as for penis pumps to suggest that jelqing may work by increasing the blood vessel capacity.

The results of jelqing are debatable but at least, when used in moderation, jelqing may be worth a shot.

Penis enlargement creams, lotions, and oils

Creams, lotions and oils are peddled online as penis enlargement aids.

There is not much scientific rationale for penis enlargement creams to work.

They may help familiarize you with your penis. They could be used with jelqing for better effect. However, anything that promises amazing results is likely to be a lie. Beware and look after yourself first.

There is no known chemical or organic compound that increases penis length or girth.

Had there been one, reputable pharmaceutical companies would be raking in tons of money.

However, there are supplements that help to slow down aging, help the heart and make you healthier. They may help your sexual health. Avoid pills until a reputable company puts one forward.
